How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to everything in the Mastery Plan for 14 days. We need a card on file to start the trial, but you won’t be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before then and you won’t be billed.
Why do I need to add a card before the trial?
It keeps things simple — your access doesn’t break on day 15. If you cancel before the trial ends, your card is never charged. You can manage or cancel anytime from your account.
What’s the difference between 3 months and 6 months?
Same plan, same features. The 6-month option is cheaper per month and works better if you’re prepping for an exam window. The 3-month option is good if you want to try a shorter commitment.
How do I use a coupon code?
Tap "Have a coupon code?" above the features. Enter your code and the price will update before checkout. Codes can also be entered on the checkout page.
Can I switch between 3 months and 6 months later?
Yes. When your current plan ends, you can pick either duration when renewing. You can also upgrade from 3 to 6 months mid-cycle and we’ll prorate the difference.
What if I’m not happy after the trial?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged at all. If you cancel after, you’ll keep access until the end of your paid period.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We process payments through Stripe and never store your card details directly. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
Can my parents pay for me?
Of course. They can use any card at checkout. The account stays in your name — only the payment method is theirs.
